Honda had recently launched its mammoth tourer, the CTX1300, at the EICMA event, in Milan. The CTX1300 is the second motorcycle in the CTX series. CTX stands for Comfort Technology eXperience.
The ultimate sports tourer of Honda is powered by a massive 1261cc liquid-cooled longitudinally mounted 90° V-4 heart. Equipped with a 5 speed transmission, the CTX1300 is capable to deliver a peak power of 117 bhp at 8,000 rpm, and a peak torque of 86 lb.-ft. at 6,500 rpm.
The CTX1300 is available in both Standard and Deluxe variants. It is priced $17,000 for the Standard model.
The bike has a typical CTX style. The chopped windshield, the integrated hard bags, uniquely designed headlamp, turn signals, comfortable seats, and classic alloy wheels are part of the CTX genre.
Meanwhile, it is coupled with Inverted 45mm fork and Twin rear shocks with spring to ensure the best in class comfy. To stop the machine, dual 310mm front discs at front and a single 315mm disc at rear are installed.
It is available in Metallic Black, Gray Blue Metallic, and Candy Red colors.
