2015 MV Agusta Brutale 800RR First Look

As the name, the Brutale is one such motorcycle built with a brutal design and styling component right from the head till the rear tail section. The MV Agusta Brutale 800 RR is one such technical inspiration gained right away from its later version, the Brutale 675. A new finish of the front fork renders a refined and upgraded look for the motorcycle. Ergonomic feel of the motorcycle is increased with the redesigned passenger seat of the vehicle. A full-flow aerodynamic design of the motorcycle helps it to reduce damping and smoother air flow during high performance. A pair of five-spoke cast aluminium alloy wheels also adds on to the overall design of the vehicle. Control Systems of the vehicle include a bunch of new and innovative technologies and features. A three-dial-mode system built in the vehicle allows a three mode drive facility for the riders. These three mapping modes includes Sport, Normal and Rain options from which the rider can choose according to the pertaining ride and surface conditions. Fuel consumption might be different in different ride modes. Mapping modes in the motorcycle helps the vehicle to keep up the stability and balance no matter what the surface conditions are.



Engine specification of the all new MV Agusta Brutale 800RR is one such outstanding element of the motorcycle. Equipping itself with the most advanced version of the in-line three-cylinder engine in production yet, the vehicle provides seriously energetic and power pact performance. The vehicle featuring an innovative combination of an In-line three cylinder engine with counter rotating crankshaft and removable 6-speed transmission system, is one of its kind technical up gradation that the two wheeler motorcycle segment has yet faced. With a maximum power delivery of 140 HP at 13,100 rpm and a net torque of 86 Nm at 10,100 rpm the three-cylinder engine is capable of letting approximately a volume of 798cc displacement.



An all digital meter gage of the new Brutale 800RR is yet another stunning feature of the pre installed control system of the vehicle. An orange LED light up of the meter console showing all the essential details of the motorcycle such as the tachometer, fuel indicator and the speedometer can be seen in the meter. All the power mapping modes of the motorcycle can be easily read from the stunning clear and bright LCD screen. Low fuel indicators and other vital information related to the motorcycle are also available in the meter.



Frame of the MV Brutale 800RR is a blend of components and elements. Main structural component of the frame includes an ALS tubular steel with an excellent metallurgical quality. Welded in a such a manner that the tubular steel component of the frame is capable for bending and holding the overall weight of the vehicle.



Smoother ride and comfort of the rider during high speed and performance are ensured with the installation of the all new suspension system. Set of new aluminium 43mm Marzocchi upside-down fork is installed in the front section of the wheels. This suspension system is lighter than that of the previous Brutale models. An age gold painted front shock of the Brutale makes it look more ergonomic and stunning. A single sided swing arm adjustable shock absorber of the Brutale 800RR helps to deliver a smoother and stable ride experience.



Braking system of the motorcycle is installed with an all new standard ABS system. An excellent and powerful slowing pace of the new standard Anti-lock Braking System enhances the safety of the riders. A 320mm steel disc in the front which is gripped with a pair of Brembo 4-piston 32mm callipers radially mounted on the bottom of the fork. Rear steel 220mm disc co-operated with a couple of 2-piston Brembo 34mm brake callipers combines the overall braking system of the motorcycle. Rims of the Brutale 800RR comes with a vortex look featuring a five spoke cast aluminium alloy. Featuring an all new pair of front Pirelli DIABLO ROSSO II 120/70-ZR17 tyre and on the rear the 5.5 inch and mounts an 180/55-ZR17.
