SMR125 uses the new four stroke 125 cc engine.
The front suspension forks have a diameter of 40 mm and 260 mm of effective stroke.
The frame of the new 4-stroke, 125cc model is a monobeam in Cr-Mo steel with a circular cross section and rear seat rail, also in steel.
The wheels are made of light alloy, with 17 inch hubs in the supermoto version, allowing use of a 140mm rear tyre.
